G Plan Edit web design

The creation of this piece was based around client photography, a requirements document, and their main site. The task was to create a ‘Re-Skin’ of the G Plan Vintage site, for one of their new sub brands, Edit. This was a pure design task, where I was allowed to experiment with design, and make something alternative to the existing styling, but still sit within the same brand. Inspired by the minimal photography, and simplistic furniture, I drove the site design around white space, and made it all about the product.

The joys of this task is that it appears very limiting as it couldn’t be a re-build, so seemed limiting to what I could do. This was a great challenge, and feel what was created is a completely new look and feel, and still on brief.
